Shipping costs for the Netherlands are €3.75 for cards only, since this is a letterbox-sized package, and €7.25 if the order contains an item that does not fit through the letterbox. For other countries, the shipping costs are displayed at checkout

Shipping costs for Belgium are €4.95 for cards only, as this is a letterbox-sized package, and €10.25 if the order contains an item that does not fit through the letterbox.

Shipping your package via PostNL

We ship within 1 to 2 business days. Packages are shipped via PostNL with tracking and delivery without a signature after we receive your payment. If you prefer shipping via PostNL with a required signature, additional costs will apply. Please contact us before selecting this delivery method. Whichever shipping option you choose, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can track your package online.

Shipping costs include handling, packaging, and postage. We recommend combining your items into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders, so shipping costs will be charged for each order. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items.

Our boxes are large enough to ensure your items are well-protected during shipping.
Since we make the toys ourselves and on order, there may be some delays.
